What we collect
- Name, email, phone number and property address
- Access details: key safe codes, entry instructions, parking notes
- Booking history, preferences and notes about your property
- Payment details, handled by Stripe (we never see or store your full card number)
- Photos of your property taken during each clean
- Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or our website
- Basic website data through cookies, only if you accept them in our cookie banner
Why we use it, and our lawful basis

Who we share it with
The cleaner assigned to your job (only what they need), and services that help us run the business: our booking system, Stripe for payments, Google Workspace, Odoo for accounts and WhatsApp for messages. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Booking and payment records: 6 years, for tax
- Access details: deleted when you stop using us
- Job photos: 12 months, unless needed for a claim
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it

Security
Access codes and key records are only shared with the cleaner on the job, keys are never labelled with addresses, and accounts are protected with two-step login.
